WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin advised lawmakers on Tuesday that President Donald Trump is now now not drawn to preserving an lift of the debt ceiling as “hostage” in exchange for funding of a border wall with Mexico.
