WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Weak White Dwelling Counsel Don McGahn’s licensed expert told the Democratic chairman of the Dwelling Judiciary Committee on Monday that his client wouldn’t testify forward of the panel on Tuesday, in step with a letter considered by Reuters.
William Burck, McGahn’s attorney, acknowledged within the letter to Chairman Jerrold Nadler that his client would “admire the President’s instruction” after President Donald Trump told McGahn no longer to testify forward of the committee in its Russia investigation.
